/KASE, November 20, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC (KASE ticker – KZTC) dated November 17, 2025, K. Balykbaev was elected Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC consists of three persons.
