/KASE, November 18, 2025/ – Following a decision of the Issuer Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), "Koktem-Audit" Firm LLP has been suspended from the list of audit organizations recognized by KASE by the second level, effective November 18, 2025.

The decision was made due to a violation of paragraph 1 of Article 4 of the Procedure for Forming the List of Audit Firms Recognized by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC and non-compliance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Regulation on the Issuer Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC, according to which an audit firm must have, based on the results of external audit quality control conducted by the Professional Council, confirmation of the audit organization's compliance with ISAs and the Code of Ethics of the International Federation of Accountants with a rating of "excellent" or "good".

Further information on the inclusion of Firma "Koktem-Audit" LLP in the list of audit organizations recognized by KASE at the second level will be provided additionally.
