/KASE, November 18, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Eurasian Capital JSC (KASE ticker – EUCP) dated November 12, 2025, Ali Islambek was elected Deputy Chairman of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the amendments introduced, the Management Board of Eurasian Capital JSC consists of four people.
