/KASE, November 18, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Kazakhtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – KZTK) dated November 14, 2025, O. Tleukhabyluly was elected to the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC consists of seven persons.
