/KASE, November 17, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Jusan Mobile JSC (KASE ticker – KZTC) dated November 11, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Marchenko;
• elected: K. Balykbaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC consists of three persons.
