/KASE, November 14, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that trading in bonds KZ2C00011468 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HSBKb21) of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC will resume on KASE as of November 17, 2025.

Trading in these bonds has been resumed following KASE's receipt of the amended bond issue prospectus registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on November 13, 2025, according to which the procedure, conditions, and deadline for exercising the right to repurchase the bonds have changed.

Trading of the specified bonds had been suspended on KASE since November 5, 2025.
