/KASE, November 14, 2025/ – On November 6, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

• KZ2P00015779 (MFLGb23; KZT 1,000, KZT 500.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 23.00 % per annum; 30/360);
• KZ2P00015787 (MFLGb24; KZT 1,000, KZT 500.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 23.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on November 14, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later on.

The issues of these bonds are the eighth and ninth ones under the first bond program of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP, registered on August 19, 2024, in the amount of KZT 5.0 bn.
