/KASE, November 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC (KASE ticker – KMGZ) dated November 6, 2025, D. Abdulgafarov was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC consists of nine persons.
