/KASE, November 7, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of KazTransOil JSC (KASE ticker – KZTO) shareholders, dated November 6, 2025, D. Abdulgafarov was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the company.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC consists of six people.
