/KASE, November 6, 2025/ – On October 27, 2025, the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) decided to specify the parameters of the issue of a perpetual financial instrument in the form of perpetual notes (Perpetual Subordinated Callable Additional Tier 1 Notes) under the issue terms previously approved by the extraordinary general meeting of ForteBank JSC shareholders on October 13, 2025.
