/KASE, November 4, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from November 5, 2025, trading in bonds KZ2C00011468 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HSBKb21) of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC will be suspended on KASE.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 6) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the decision of the sole holder of the specified bonds dated November 3, 2025, to change and/or supplement the bond issue prospectus.
