Trading in five ETFs will be suspended on KASE on November 6

/KASE, November 5, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that on November 6, 2025, trading of the following ETFs on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US78462F1030 (sector "KASE Global", SPY_KZ) of SPDR S & P 500 ETF TRUST with settlement dates on December 19, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 22, 2025;

2) US35473P6786 (sector "KASE Global", FLGB_KZ) of Franklin FTSE United Kingdom ETF, with settlement dates on December 19, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 22, 2025;

3) US81369Y3080 (sector "KASE Global", XLP_KZ) of The Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund, with settlement dates on December 22, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 24, 2025;

4) US81369Y8865 (sector "KASE Global", XLU_KZ) of The Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, with settlement dates on December 22, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 24, 2025;

5) US92189F1066 (sector "KASE Global", GDX_KZ) of VanEck Gold Miners ETFs, with settlement dates on December 22, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 24, 2025.

In addition, the trading suspension for the following ETFs has been extended: for repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty:

1) US4642872422 (sector "KASE Global", LQD_KZ) of iShares iBoxx $ Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF – until December 22, 2025;

2) US4642885135 (sector "KASE Global", HYG_KZ) of iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF – until December 22, 2025;

3) US4642895118 (sector "KASE Global", IGLB_KZ) of iShares 10+ Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF – until December 22, 2025;

4) US74347G4405 (sector "KASE Global", BITO_KZ) of ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF – until December 26, 2025.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE received information about the record date of the specified securities.
