/KASE, November 5, 2025/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (KASE ticker – HCBN) announced the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on November 3, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• subject to ForteBank JSC receiving permission from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market to acquire Home Credit Bank JSC as a subsidiary, to make changes to the composition of the Board of Directors of Home Credit Bank JSC;
• subject to ForteBank JSC receiving permission from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market to acquire Home Credit Bank JSC as a subsidiary, to approve the change of name of Home Credit Bank JSC to Joint-Stock Company "Home Credit Bank" (Subsidiary Bank of Joint-Stock Company "ForteBank").
