/KASE, November 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KASE ticker – TMJL) dated October 31, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• M. Shakenov;
• Y. Amandykov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of 10 persons.
