/KASE, November 5, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that on November 4, 2025, the following information on bonds KZ2P00012271 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFRFb15; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 3 years; floating monthly coupon, 20.00 % per annum on the issue date; 30/360) of MFO "R-Finance" LLP was changed in KASE's trading system and databases:

• the type of bonds has been changed from unsecured indexed coupon bonds to unsecured coupon bonds;
• the coupon rate was changed from a floating rate of 20.00 % per annum on the issue date of the bonds to a fixed rate, which will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for the offering of bonds;
• the term has been changed from three years to two years.
