/KASE, October 30, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of NMH "Baiterek" JSC (KASE ticker – BTRK) dated October 14, 2025, K. Sharlapaev was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NMH "Baiterek" JSC consists of nine persons.
