/KASE, October 30, 2025/ – On October 28, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00015746 (MFSCb6; $100, $5.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00015738 (MFSCb7; $100, $5.0 mln; 1.5 years; monthly coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00015712 (MFSCb8; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 1.5 years; monthly coupon, 21.50 % per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00015720 (MFSCb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.50 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on October 30, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

Bonds issues KZ2P00015746 and KZ2P00015738 are the third and fourth ones under the first bond program registered on July 10, 2023 in the amount of USD 50.0 mln.

Bond issues KZ2P00015712 and KZ2P00015720 are the second and third ones under the second bond program, registered on August 2, 2023, in the amount of KZT 25.0 bn.
