/KASE, October 29, 2025/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of six issues of municipal bonds took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002202 (ATK024_220; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,326,136,000; 30.06.25 – 30.06.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Almaty region for KZT 0.8 bn;

2) KZMJ00002186 (VKK024_218; KZT 1,000, KZT 6,861,546,000; 27.05.25 – 27.05.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of East Kazakhstan region for KZT 1.2 bn;

3) KZMJ00002137 (DZK024_213 ; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,846,608,000; 18.04.25 – 18.04.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum, 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhambyl region for KZT 3.8 bn;

4) KZMJ00002228 (ZKK024_222; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,759,318,000; 16.07.25 – 16.07.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 1.3 bn;

5) KZMJ00002111 (KSK024_211; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,335,671,000; 18.04.25 – 18.04.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanai region for KZT 2.7 bn;

6) KZSJ00000184 (SHK022_018; KZT 1,000, KZT 4,905,365,000; 29.10.25 – 29.08.27; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of the city of Shymkent for KZT 4.9 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems, as well as the construction and (or) acquisition, purchase of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
