/KASE, October 24, 2025/ – Private company BI Development Ltd. (KASE ticker – BIGD) announced the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on October 20, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, took the following decisions:

• to approve the distribution of the company's net income for 2024 in the amount of 76,031,037,000 tenge in the following order:
• 43,716,895,586 tenge to be left at the company' disposal for further development;
• 7,465,656,566 tenge will be allocated for the payment of dividends in addition to those previously announced – 24,848,484,848 tenge.
