• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 12,820,000 units;
• 7,830,000 common shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the sole Bank'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is National Managing Holding "Baiterek" JSC.
