Eurasian Bank's sole shareholder decided not to pay dividends on the bank's common shares for 2024
/KASE, October 22, 2025/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (KASE ticker – EUBN) announced the decisions of its sole shareholder dated October 14, 2025.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- profit for 2024 shall be left at the disposal of the bank;
- no dividends shall be paid on the bank's common shares for 2024.
