/KASE, October 15, 2025/ – On October 13, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Smartolet Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00015308 (MFSFb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00015639 (MFSFb2; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00015647 (MFSFb3; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00015316 (MFSFb4; $100, $2.0 mln; 3 years; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360);

5) KZ2P00015654 (MFSFb5; $100, $3.0 mln; 3 years; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360);

6) KZ2P00015662 (MFSFb6; $100, $3.0 mln; 3 years; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of October 15, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

Issues of bonds KZ2P00015308, KZ2P00015639 and KZ2P00015647 are the first to third issues under the first bond program, registered on August 26, 2025, in the amount of KZT 10.0 bn.

Issues of bonds KZ2P00015316, KZ2P00015654 and KZ2P00015662 are the first through third issues under the second bond program, registered on August 26, 2025, in the amount of USD 10.0 mln.

The main activity of MFO "Smartolet Finance" LLP is the provision of microloans.
