/KASE, October 14, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of National Company "QazaqGaz" JSC (KASE ticker – KZTG) dated October 7, 2025, Al-F.B. Satbaev was elected to the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of National Company "QazaqGaz" JSC consists of seven persons.
