/KASE, October 14, 2025/ – On October 13, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00015613 (MFRFb22; $100, $5.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00015837 (MFRFb23; KZT 1,000; KZT 5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00015845 (MFRFb24; KZT 1,000; KZT 5.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of October 14, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The issue of bonds KZ2P00015613 is the first under the third bond program, registered on September 15, 2025 in the amount of USD 30.0 mln.

Bond issues KZ2P00015837 and KZ2P00015845 are the second and third ones under the second bond program, registered on July 4, 2025, in the amount of KZT 30.0 bn.
