/KASE, October 14, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 13, 2025, common shares KZ1C00000595 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", SRBT) of Tin One Mining JSC were delisted from KASE.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of October 14, 2025.

This decision was made following a request of Tin One Mining JSC for the voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE.

These shares had been in the third category of KASE official list since August 22, 2011, and had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market since June 1, 2017. Trading in these shares began on November 21, 2011.
