LIC "Freedom Life" JSC (hereinafter – the Company) notifies of a change in the credit ratings assigned by the international agency S&P Global Ratings on October 3, 2025.

The agency upgraded the Company's long-term credit rating and global financial strength rating from "BB" to "BB+".

The Company's rating on national scale (Kazakhstan) was also upgraded from "kzAA-" to "kzAA".

The rating outlook is "Stable".

The rating upgrade reflects the Company's strengthening market position and consistently high profitability indicators, which, according to S&P Global Ratings, has strengthened the resilience of its business risk profile.
