NMH "Baiterek" raised $34.7 mln on KASE via subscription, by placing on September 24 five-year international bonds XS3189694345 (BTRKe2) at yield of 4.85 % APR
/KASE, October 1, 2025/ – As announced earlier, on September 24, 2025 an initial offering of international bonds XS3189694345 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, BTRKe2) of NMH "Baiterek" JSC was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by way of subscription to them. Below are the bid parameters and results of the subscription on KASE.
Alatau City Invest JSC, Halyk Finance JSC, and Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC acted as joint bookrunners on KASE during the subscription for these bonds.
