/KASE, October 1, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (KASE ticker – TPIB) dated September 30, 2025, N. Smailova was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of three persons.
