Agenda of the meeting:

1) on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank's shareholders;

2) on determining the number of members, the term of office of the bank's Board of Directors, the election of its members, as well as determining the amount and conditions of payment of remuneration and compensation for expenses to members of the bank's Board of Directors for the performance of their duties;
