/KASE, September 29, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (KASE ticker – SKKZ) dated September 25, 2025, K. Sharlapaev was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of SWF Samruk- Kazyna JSC consists of six persons.
