/KASE, September 24, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – KZTK) dated September 18, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: A. Indykbaev;
• elected: A. Kairov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC consists of six persons.
