/KASE, September 18, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC (KASE ticker – KAFI) dated September 11, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• M. Alish;
• Y. Zhumzhaev;
• Zh. Orazbaev;
• A. Seitzhanov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of five persons.
