/KASE, September 17, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of partners of MFO "NIET Credit" LLP (KASE ticker – MFNK) dated September 11, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

1) K. Kurbanalieva;

2) S. Burmaganov;

3) G. Kurbanalieva.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of MFO "NIET Credit" LLP consists of three persons.
