/KASE, September 16, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Alatau City Invest JSC (KASE ticker – FHJI) dated September 12, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: L. Yugai, B. Tulepov;
• elected: A. Stroganov, A. Imambaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Alatau City Invest JSC consists of five people.
