/KASE, September 16, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Halyk Finance JSC (KASE ticker – HFIN) dated September 15, 2025, B. Tulepov was elected as Deputy Chairman of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Halyk Finance JSC consists of four persons.
