/KASE, September 12, 2025/ – A special trading for the offering of three issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002137 (DZK024_213; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,846,608,000; 18.04.25 – 18.04.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of the Zhambyl region for KZT 1.0 bn;

2) KZMJ00002228 (ZKK024_222, KZT 1,000, KZT 2,759,318,000; 16.07.25 – 16.07.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Qazaqstan region for KZT 0.8 bn;

3) KZMJ00002111 (KSK024_211; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,335,671,000; 18.04.25 – 18.04.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanai region for KZT 1.0 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction, acquisition, and redemption of housing and/or apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
