/KASE, September 12, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC (KASE ticker – IDFR) dated September 5, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• A. Abaidildin;
• Zh. Ibrasheva;
• Z. Zeinesheva;
• M. Priymakov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC consists of five people.
