/KASE, September 12, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of AstanaGas KMG JSC (KASE ticker – AKMG) dated August 29, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: K. Tileubaev;
• elected: Sh. Zholaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG JSC consists of five people.
