/KASE, September 11, 2025/ – On September 10, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Private company BI Development Ltd. (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) KZ2D00015328 (BIGDb6; KZT 1,000, KZT 15.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2D00015336 (BIGDb7; KZT 1,000, KZT 15.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for bond offering; 30/360 );

3) KZ2D00015344 (BIGDb8; KZT 1,000, KZT 15.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for bond offering; 30/360 );

4) KZ2D00015351 (BIGDb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 20.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for bond offering; 30/360);

5) KZ2D00015369 (BIGDb10; $100, $10.0 mln; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for bond offering; 30/360);

6) KZ2D00015419 (BIGDb11; KZT 1,000, KZT 15.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for bond offering; 30/360);

7) KZ2D00015427 (BIGDb12; $100, $10.0 mln; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for bond offering; 30/360).

The bond issues BIGDb6– BIGDb9 are the third to sixth under the first bond program of the Private company BI Development Ltd., registered on October 14, 2024 in the amount of 100.0 billion tenge.

The bond issue BIGDb10 is the fourth under the second bond program of the Private company BI Development Ltd., registered on October 21, 2024 in the amount of $100.0 mln.

The bond issue BIGDb11 is the first under the third bond program of the Private company BI Development Ltd., registered on August 29, 2025 in the amount of 100.0 billion tenge.

The bond issue BIGDb12 is the first under the fourth bond program of the Private company BI Development Ltd., registered on August 29, 2025 in the amount of $100.0 mln.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 11, 2025.
