/KASE, September 11, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of September 12, 2025 trading in common shares US68389X1054 (sector "KASE Global", ORCL_KZ) of ORACLE CORPORATION (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on October 9, 2025 and subsequent dates.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be October 9, 2025.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from October 13, 2025.
