/KASE, September 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of National Company "QazaqGaz" JSC (KASE ticker – KZTG) dated August 29, 2025, A. Zhamauov was elected Chairman of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of National Company "QazaqGaz" JSC consists of seven persons.
