/KASE, September 11, 2025/ – On September 10, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2C00015469 (SKKZb28; KZT 1,000, KZT 60.0 bn; 15 years; floating semi- annual coupon, inflation index + margin; 30/360);
• KZ2C00015451 (SKKZb29; KZT 1,000, KZT 60.0 bn; 15 years; floating semi- annual coupon, inflation index + margin; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 11, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issues of these bonds are the 14th and 15th under the fourth bond program of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC, registered on August 27, 2024 in the amount of KZT 1.0 trln.
