Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC announces the placement on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of six-month bonds of Capital Leasing Group LLP (ticker: CLSGb7, ISIN: KZ2P00014780). The placement took place during the period from July 24 to August 12, 2025.

The coupon interest rate is 21.0% per annum, the nominal value of one bond is KZT 1,000. The circulation period of the bonds is from July 24, 2025 to January 24, 2026.

Based on the trading results, the total placement volume amounted to KZT 2,000,000,000.
