/KASE, September 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Dosjan temir joly JSC (KASE ticker – DTJL) dated September 2, 2025 D. Zheksembaev was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Dosjan temir joly JSC consists of six people.
