/KASE, September 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – KZTK) dated August 29, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: A. Ospanov, I. Pogrebitsky;
• elected A. Moldabekova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC consists of six people.
