/KASE, September 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Bayan Sulu JSC (KASE ticker – BSUL) dated September 2, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: D. Akhmetzhanov;
• elected: A. Kozhakhmetov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Bayan Sulu JSC consists of three people.
