/KASE, September 4, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant JSC (KASE ticker – KASA) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated August 29, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• a portion of the company's net income for 2024 in the amount of 9,852,825,000 tenge shall be used to pay dividends, and the remaining portion of the net income shall not be distributed.
