/KASE, August 28, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of August 29, 2025, bonds KZ2P00014798 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", SCLBb2; 1,000 tenge; 500.0 mln tenge; 08.08.25 – 08.08.28; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Schoolbus LLP will be transferred to the trading mode in "clean" prices.

The accuracy of quoting the specified bonds in KASE's trading system is set to the fourth decimal place of the bond's "clean" price, expressed as a percentage of the par value, the quotation currency is the Qazaq tenge.
