/KASE, August 26, 2025/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), as of August 26, 2025, BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (in the heading – BCC Invest), has been relieved of its duties as a market maker on KASE for bonds KZ2D00005949 (KASE main market, category "bonds", NCOMb1) of Fincraft Group LLP.

This decision was made in accordance with Article 3 of KASE's internal document "Rules of market makers' activities" due to the voluntary refusal of the market maker from the specified status.
