/KASE, August 26, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (KASE ticker – KZIK) has provided amended prospectuses for the following bond issues, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on August 25, 2025, and certificates of state registration of the bond issue, replacing those previously issued:

• KZ2C00014744 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZIKb40, 1,000 tenge; 50.0 bn tenge; 5 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for the offering of bonds; 30/360);
• KZ2C00014751 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZIKb41, 1,000 tenge; 50.0 bn tenge; 5 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for the offering of bonds; 30/360).

According to the documents mentioned:

• the certificates were replaced due to a change in the bonds' maturity;
• maturity has been changed from five years to three years.
